Irish Hereford Prime is the oldest Hereford producer group in Europe, established in 1997 bringing decades of experience producing the finest certified beef - Certified Irish Hereford Prime. Sourced from farms across Ireland and carefully reared Hereford cattle - this grass-fed beef is known for natural marbling, rich flavour, tenderness and consistent quality.
