Since it first opened its doors in 1777, Tubridy’s Bar in Doonbeg, Co. Clare has been welcoming locals and visitors with delicious food and a “fine pint”. Originally established as a public house and bakery, the restaurant was opened a little over twenty years ago.

A family-run business, Tubridy’s offers a delicious menu filled with locally produced ingredients, including Doonbeg Crab Claws, traditional fish and chips, and of course tender and juicy Irish Hereford Prime beef.
Head Chef Arthur Lazewski has been working at Tubridy’s since 2018 and takes great pride in the restaurant’s reputation for serving exceptional food, where quality and flavour come first.

Irish Hereford Prime is a firm favourite with Arthur’s customers, from the traditional Sunday roast to his Dry Aged Sirloin Steak, served with salted caramelised onions, onion rings, horseradish emulsion, hand-cut chips and red wine jus. Arthur also makes full use of the beef, creating Irish Hereford Prime burgers that have become a lunchtime favourite with regulars.
Our most popular dish is the Irish Hereford Sirloin steak, which we’ve been serving in the restaurant since 2018.
When it comes to good quality beef, Arthur looks for tender, juicy and flavoursome cuts with good marbling and consistency, all attributes that he finds in Irish Hereford Prime.
Arthur would recommend Irish Hereford Prime to any other chefs looking for top quality, delicious beef.
It is definitely the best beef in Ireland.
