Situated in the grounds of the beautiful Westport Estate in Co Mayo, The Grace Hotel is surrounded by unspoilt woodland, sea air and quiet views.

Opened in spring 2026, The Grace is named after two famous Graces; Ireland’s infamous pirate queen, Grace O’Malley, who refused to conform to societies’ rules and Hollywood icon Grace Kelly, whose elegance is unmatched to this day.
Guests at The Grace have two dining choices, the first, Kelly’s is the more relaxed option, offering delicious traditional dishes in a comfortable setting. The second restaurant, Black Sheep serves creative, confident and thoughtful, modern Irish dishes designed for those who want something a little different.

The impressive dishes at both restaurants at The Grace are filled with seasonal, local and fresh produce including Clew Bay scallops, locally grown vegetables and of course excellent Irish Hereford Prime beef.
Executive Head Chef Martin O’Donnell praises the amazing consistency of Irish Hereford Prime.
I’ve been shouting about how amazing it is to other chefs for years.
At Black Sheep, guests can enjoy standout choices including a sharing plate of Côte de Boeuf and a perfectly cooked 10oz New York Strip, each showcasing the exceptional flavour and consistency of Irish Hereford Prime beef. Together with the very best of Mayo’s local produce, they create a dining experience that’s every bit as memorable as the surroundings.
