Gourmet Beef Burger with Special Summer Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Super Valu Signature Tastes Irish Hereford Prime Gourmet Beef Burgers (6 in a pack)
  • Burger buns
  • Swiss cheese
  • Cooked smoked bacon
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Gherkins

Method

  1. Heat BBQ to 170 degrees
  2. Cook burgers, turning every 10 minutes, until meat thermometer reaches 75 degrees
  3. Add Swiss cheese and allow to melt
  4. Toast burger buns
  5. In food processor, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, gherkin, gherkin juice splash, and smoked bacon; mix to taste
  6. Serve burgers in buns topped with the summer sauce
