Located in the heart of Clondalkin, Broadway Restaurant is a lively, modern bar and restaurant offering exceptional service, a vibrant atmosphere and a menu that celebrates premium Irish ingredients.

Co-owners Ian Jackson-Ryan and Rory Burgess have created a space where quality and community go hand in hand. Serving brunch, lunch and dinner seven days a week, Broadway’s seasonal menu is inspired by a passion for local produce and a commitment to sustainability. When developing the Broadway concept, Ian and Rory wanted to build their menu around Irish Hereford Prime, beef with a story traceable from farm to fork.

That connection came full circle when the pair visited Michael Cleary’s farm in Co. Offaly, where Irish Hereford Prime cattle are reared in a calm, natural environment. “It’s fantastic to see it all, the farm, the supplier and the end product,” says Rory. “It’s a small, sustainable journey and we love the romance behind it. The flavour and consistency speak for themselves.”

At Broadway, Irish Hereford Prime beef takes centre stage, cooked over charcoal in a Josper oven at over 350°C, creating a beautifully caramelised texture and rich distinctive flavour. Signature dishes include the New York Strip, Rib Eye and Steak Sandwich, all perfectly complemented by carefully selected wines from Rory’s extensive list.

Broadway’s partnership with Sysco Ireland ensures a seamless supply of quality ingredients and continued support for the restaurant’s sustainable vision. “It’s a small network of people, a family-based business, that’s how we like to work,” Rory adds.

“We wanted to highlight quality and sustainability,” says Ian. “With Irish Hereford Prime it’s not just about flavour, it’s about knowing where your food comes from and the people behind it.”
